The uncomfortable comparison
We're not saying the big vendors are bad. They've been around a long time. But here's what the numbers actually look like side by side.
| Feature | AccommodoHub | Enterprise Solutions |
|---|---|---|
| Annual Cost | $15-40K | $50-150K+ |
| Implementation Time | 2-4 weeks | 3-6 months |
| AI-Powered Compliance | Included | Not available |
| LMS Integration | Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle | Varies |
| Training Center | 18+ modules included | Extra cost |
| Support Response | 24-48 hours | Varies |

What you're actually getting
Compliance isn't an add-on or a checkbox here. It's baked into everything. Consent tracking, audit trails, secure storage. The stuff your compliance officer asks about? Already handled.
Works with Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, and more. Faculty can see student accommodations right in their course roster, which means they actually look at them.
Letters go out automatically. Faculty get reminders. You get a weekly digest instead of spending your Monday morning clicking "send" 47 times.
Students submit requests, upload their documentation, and check their own status. Which means fewer "where's my accommodation letter?" emails landing in your inbox.
Questions people ask on the pricing call
No catch. The price you see is what you pay. We don't charge per user, per student, or per accommodation. We've seen other vendors do that and it always ends up costing way more than the initial quote. That's not our style.

Honestly? We built this on modern technology, which means we don't have 20 years of legacy code and a massive sales team to support. We pass those savings on. Also, we think accommodation software shouldn't require a capital budget request.

Please do. It's one of our favorite topics. Built-in consent tracking, role-based access, audit logs, encrypted storage. We don't treat disability status as directory information. Happy to walk your compliance team through the details.

Almost certainly. We support Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, Brightspace, and anything else that supports LTI 1.3. If you're running something unusual, let us know. We've made it work with some pretty niche setups.
